Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos or supporting evidence to verify the issue.
Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe and tracking shows no progress, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund within 7–14 business days.
After initiation, it may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Returns

How do I return an item purchased on Kamakhya Shakti?
We offer an easy return policy, allowing you to request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

If a replacement is requested, it will be subject to stock availability.
In cases where a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

Product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
Returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, or accessories.
Serial number or product identifiers are tampered with.
Defective products not covered under manufacturer’s warranty.
Product has been used, altered, or is no longer in its original condition.
Return request is initiated after 7 days of order delivery.
